Triton Knoll Offshore Wind Farm Ltd (TKOWFL) is consulting on the draft Decommissioning Programme prior to its submission to the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) in February 2019.
The draft Decommissioning Programme outlines TKOWFL’s plans for the removal of the offshore infrastructure associated with the wind farm array and export cable route after the Project has reached the end of its lifecycle.
The document has been produced in line with the requirements of the Development Consent Orders for the Project and following BEIS’ guidance (Decommissioning of offshore renewable energy installations under the Energy Act 2004 – Guidance notes for industry (January 2011) ).
Interested parties are now invited to submit comments on the draft programme by Friday 25 January, 2019.
